In consideration of LAMI-Lube Product extending credit to, or otherwise becoming the creditor of the debtor, the undersigned guarantors, jointly and severally, guarantee prompt payment when due of all obligations of the debtor to LAMI-LUBE PRODUCTS.

The undersigned agree that this is an absolute and continuing guarantee and, until revoked, shall cover future extensions of credit to the debtor, including, but not limited to, additional extensions of credit and any renewal of obligation, modification of terms or any obligation, and extension of time to pay any obligation.

This guarantee may be revoked by written notice to LAMI-LUBE PRODUCT and is effective upon receipt by it. This guarantee shall remain fully effective and enforceable as to any obligations created or incurred by the debtor prior to the effective date of such notice.

The undersigned waive all notices including, but not limited to, presentment, demand, protest, non-payment, renewal, modification of terms, and extension of credit.
